We are particularly proud to be once again, together with Golf Maioris, one of the venues of the most important and emotional tournament series for teams in the Balearic Islands, TheCORPORATE Golf Cup.

For those who don't know TheCORPORATE, it is a tournament series traditionally held under the motto "Companies with Ryder Values" during the winter months of December and January for teams sponsored by different companies, consisting of up to 12 players, 8 of whom compete on each individual match day.

The first edition of TheCORPORATE started in 2013 with 7 participating teams and enjoyed increasing popularity year after year, until in 2020, due to huge demand, the organisers decided to hold the tournaments on 2 golf courses, as only a maximum of 12 teams can participate per club.

Last year Golf de Andratx was chosen for the first time as a venue for this exceptional tournament series and was delighted to reach the maximum possible team number of 24 for this edition, we certainly hope that this will be repeated for the 10th anniversary edition.

The competition will be played in 3 phases, a league over 3 match days with different formats such as Stableford Fourball, Canada Cup Stableford and Stableford Individuals, where the top 8 teams per golf course will qualify for the elimination matches which will be played as Fourball Matchplay, until then the two remaining teams at the end will battle it out for the trophy in the grand final in the purest Ryder Cup style over two match days.

The first day of play in the final will take place on 11 February 2023 at Golf de Andratx in the Greensome Fourball modality and then on 12 February 2023, 8 individual Stableford matches will be played at Golf Maioris for the overall victory, one of the most emotional moments of the competition, with the final players being accompanied and cheered on by their teammates on the final holes. On both days, the teams that lost in the semi-finals will also play for third place.

Of the places available for a total of 24 teams, 19 have already been taken and we expect the organizers to announce a full house again this year.
